TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background is relevant. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is broad.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently on the roadmap. That should be a good addition when it lands.

Costs

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, stop reading. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Scam brokers do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should inform your assessment.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
